In the afternoons and Saturday mornings the young kids in there have messed up my order EVERY TIME! Thank God I don't have any food allergies.
Very busy when we went, they seemed a little overwhelmed. Otherwise an average Dunkin.
This was an amazing dunkin'. The decline over the past year happened (is happening) as more new staff is added (old staff was awesome.) If you do the drive through, just drive up to the window to place your order, don't bother with the comm system, as they're just going to ask you what you ordered and get it wrong in 3+ tries once you get to the window anyways.
This morning they messed up my iced coffee. The last time I stood waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes while 3 (yes 3) people stood there off to the side. The drive thru people were working hard. 1 guy from the side made eye contact with me and then WENT BACK TO THE SIDE SO I COULDN'T SEE THEM. a drive thru employee had to tell 3 older men to put their phones away. I HATE this DD SO MUCH. I'VE always had 1 drive thru employee always has been good and very polite
Horrible experience, Martina served me expired rotten egg white flat bread. Please avoid eating here as you might get food poisoning.
