If I could give them less than one star I absolutely would!!!! This place is a hot mess! I called about a car, was assured it was available (and even received an email stating that is was available) I explained I was coming from an hour away and asked that they call me if the car was sold. Again I was assured the car was available, but after packing up my 2 and 5 year old and driving an hour to get there, I arrived to find that they had sold it first thing this morning!!! Unbelievable!! At first they were willing to work with me, but after finding out that I no intention of DOUBLING my price point they stated there wasn’t nothing they could do for me. Angry does not begin to describe how I am feeling at this point!!
Just wanted to comment on my recent visit to Davis Hyundai and my purchase experience with my sales representative TONY TAYLOR. First, this is my 3rd Hyundai purchase and my second Genesis. I live in Neptune, but traveled 1 ½ hours to your dealership in order to look at a 2017 Genesis Tony called me about. This was his follow-up after a phone call I made to another Davis sales person a month or so before. Tony spent a lot of time with us, no pressure and a lot of great information. It was a long visit, but we ended up with a 2017 Genesis. We returned a couple days later to finish the paperwork and pick-up and learn more about the car….and there is a lot to comprehend! Tony was GREAT and my wife and I appreciate the generous amount of time he spent and the information he gave us. I’ve had to call him once to iron-out how to remotely start from my phone…once again he was patient and informative! So, if the truth be told, (and my wife and I both agree).. of all the auto sales people I have worked with, he was the Best of the BEST….not to mention a very nice person! Congratulations on having him on your staff, a real asset!
Excellent Service!! Back in January I needed a quick cheap car to aid in my commute to and from school. Paul was the salesman who helped me to get it. The car was super reliable and served its purpose. 8 months later after completing school in October I came in on a whim just to see what I could get my hands on. Paul amazingly helped me again, stayed with me for 5 hours. He literally put blood sweat and tears into helping me get the car of my dreams. I left out with a Brand New Chrysler 200. Paul is literally the best salesman. Please go to him he will make your dreams come true!! And also the team at Davis Hyundai is always super nice, respectful and helpful whether it be service, maintenance or just a phone call my experience with them is always pleasant. My experience was AMAZING. I highly recommend Manny Desousa, Sales Manager. He was very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. I was very pleased at the end of the day. I had an issue with the previous sale manager (Don’t remember his name). He assure me that I have nothing to worry about. So said so done, I walked away very happy. I highly recommend this dealership and if you’re looking for a deal make sure you ask for Manny because he will take care of you.
They tried to sell my mom a lemon. Used car had 4 different tires with different treads. Salesman it was ok... yeah, whatever. Then car had terrible knocking sound coming from back. This was supposed to be a "special". No warranty because over 100k miles. We will NOT be going back...EVER!
