Horrible, half of the pressure washers don't work. Soap brushes barley spit soap out. Waste of money.
I have been to this place twice to wash my car once when I first got it, and was disappointed with the dirty spots still on the car, as well as, soap still on the car. I just went to there again several months later because my car wasn't too dirty, so I figured it couldn't hurt. As I was going through the automated wash I noticed that the water didn't turn on until my car was halfway past the water spraying machine. Meaning only half my car had soap washed off. As soon as I pulled out I immediately inspected my car, and found soap all over my car still. I then drove back around to ask for my car to be washed again to remove all the soap. The gentleman in charge that I have seen there every day I've ever been was rude and not considerate at all. Telling me I needed to pay him to take my car through again. I told him I don't need a full wash just simply would like the soap off of my car. He debated with me about what I needed instead of trying to help me, and even went as far as to try to tell me that my car should still have soap on it because I got the cheapest wash! I'm no expert, so if I'm wrong I will gladly stand corrected. In all my years of car wash experience, whether doing it myself at home, or going to an actual car wash I have never heard someone say that you should leave soap on a car. To the contrary, I have always known it to be the exact opposite. I was able to settle with the gentleman in hosing off my car with water, but he even still did so very reluctantly. Additionally, did not make the effort to give it even a decent wash to remove the soap. I was apprehensive of this place after my first experience, and only returned for the vacuum service before I just returned for my most recent wash. I can assure anyone that goes here that there are far better washes for your money within several minutes drive. Don't waste your time or money with their services that are sub par compared to their local area competitors.
Good self-serve car wash. Needs to be repaved - watch yourself for potholes when exiting.
I have been a loyal customer for one and a half years until a recent incident. Due to broken equipment in the self service stall next to the full service carwash my car has been damaged. It was apparent after the incident the stall should have been closed to repair the pipe that holds the washing gun that fell into my car and caused scratches to the passenger door. I was able to contact the owner who first blamed me that I damaged his carwash. I made a police report and called the owner back. He stated that after he looks at his carwash he will contact his insurance company. It has been over six weeks with no contact from the owner or his insurance company. The stall in question has still not been repaired. This is an obvious case of negligence. I urge all to stay away!! This owner gives small business owners a bad name!!
Has nasty sewer water running all the time near the exit and a huge pot hole awaits you on the way out that owner refuses to fix terrible car wash
