This company is a classy organization who truly cares about the feelings of those needing their services. I was having a lot of issues with some other shady headstone dealer (name withheld but it rhymes with Cartledge memorials :) ). I gave up on that company and when I contacted Abby Rose and told them my situation, they came through for me in an incredibly short time frame. The quality of the headstone was great and their service with the install was smooth.

They made a beautiful stone for my father. I paid half up front and then half when the stone came in. All of this with the understanding that the cemetery fee was built in to the cost. More than two weeks after I was informed that the fee was not included and I owe another 500 dollars. This is not the way business should be done.
