Confusing price listing and no support staff at least in home section.

I was shopping in women's shoes and I saw the only widths out on the floor were Medium. Some of us do wear wider widths.
A total lack of customer service.
And you wonder why your stores are going under JC Penney? That should be a no-brainer. Corporate should close this location too.
So I approached the guy at the register, with pair of shoes in hand, and asked if they stocked wide widths in any styles. He said they were few & far between and did not seem to want to be bothered. Nor did he offer to check.
First time shopping Penney's, buying a washing machine. Great experience. Saleswoman Pat matched a big box appliance store's lower price, and she was ever so friendly and personable.
If I could rate this location ZERO stars I would.
No problem, I'll take my business to a retailer who cares enough to want to make the sale.
I then decided to call store to speak to manager on duty, but was sent into voice prompt hell. Finally was transferred to manager extension, which rang off the hook.
THIS JCPENNY SUCKS!!! I'm so mad, they have HORRIBLE customer service and at every cash register there is a long line with only one person working there. The employees are so rude and they dont even help, they will just MAKE UP information to get rid of you to keep the line "moving".
