Ridiculous. I had a return label which I didn't print at home and wanted to pick up a envelope so I could drop it off the next day at the nearest Dropbox. They refused to give me an envelope for UPS overnite stating I may not ship the item from their store and insisted I use their computer to print the label for $0.16 + $2.99 for using the computer was an additional charge.

The two Children who worked there could not answer any of my question, the manager couldn't be bother to get out of his chair to talk to me. I just needed information about printable labels. I was told they don't do that and I would have to spend Sixty dollars on each envelope to get what I wanted to do. Witch was ridiculous, since they would listen to what I was trying to accomplish. I then called the Ups store on 130 and the lady there was more then helpful. If you want to experience frustration to its fullest and deal with children who can be bother to listen to what your talking about, and there boss who can be bother with anything. Go to this store if you wanted to be treated like a person go to the store on 130.
