Good place to bring the kids and family to pick pears. Juicy Korean pears, grapes and many other vegetables available. Family owned farm.
I found this place 3 years ago and have been coming back for more. All the farm good are in best quality but not cheap. once you meet the owner you'd like this place, too. our family only done pears picking once. after that i just keep coming back every 2 week during the pears season in the Fall. usually 6 boxes each year to share with family and friend. once you try them you can't go back to the supermarket quality. when I buy my farm good here the owner lady always piled up my boxes every single time.
You can pick your own pears or buy directly. When you go pick your own, watch out the owner. He think everybody is stealing his pears. By the way, the pears are good and highly recommend BBQ chicken. It is great!!!
Went with my family to pick some peaches. When we got here, the staff let us know that they currently didn't allow visitors to pick their own peaches. That's on me though, since I didnt call to check. The staff was very friendly and informative though, and sold us some delicious peaches and steamed corn and told us that in September they have pick your own pears. The orchards looked clean and well cared for. My parents took some photos with the lovely trees and my sisters enjoyed the play ground. There was also a very friendly dog :D Everyone was so friendly, we will definitely be back in the fall for the apples and pears
It's fun, but I don't like that you have wait in line to ride a tractor to an area of the farm that is walkable. I guess it's to keep the people from picking where they aren't supposed to and to mitigate the crowds. BBQ chicken and corn is yummy.
