Some of the employees here are very unprofessional and ignorant. I was getting my nails done by the tech who sits in maybe the third station to the right when I noticed one of the tips he'd put on was on crooked. I asked if he could redo it or file it to make it look even and he went back and forth with me calling me crazy and saying that there was nothing wrong with the way he had pit on the tip, but instead something wrong with my finger.
Another tech immediately took me and found the nail right away and began to fix it. I told the other tech who had followed me and was still yelling insults that he needed better customer service skills and because of him I would not be returning.
He then had the audacity to say, "That's what all you people say and then I still see you here. What you think this is, Princeton? Talking about customer service, hahaha!"
Definitely will be visiting again and they are inexpensive.❤
He was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again.
I tried to show him a few times while he continued to say there was nothing wrong with it, so I got up and asked if someone else there could fix my nail since he couldn't see the problem. When I got up he jumped up behind me saying, "Ok ok I'll fix it. You can't leave. I already started! What isyour pproblem lady?! Are you having a bad day?!! See what I gotta deal with, he yelled out to other clients.
My nails and pedicure looks great.
This is my second visit, I am impressed with LA Perfection!
I used to go to this shop whenever I come home to visit my parents. The last time I went one of the male techs kept going back and forth with me about getting gel polish. He just couldn't understand why I didn't want it. I finally said are you going to pay for it and he left me alone. There are plenty of nail shops in NJ that NO ONE HAS to deal with their horrible customer service and RACISM! Spend your money where you are treated with respect and your business is appreciated.
Go to TONY!!! He did my nails and he is on point and does the best work and the pedicurists are amazing
The salon was crowded when i went there but i got in right away. im not sure if its supoosed to hurt when the nail tech takes your acrylics off but when i got mine off it hurt. then when he put the primer on it burned the side of my natural nail. although the guy did an awesome job on my ails. 40 dollars was worth it.
