They're prices are low, and this was my second time using them. When I picked up my stuff it looked like on 3 of my jackets that they did literally nothing to it and it just sat there with the same marks on it thay it had before I went there with no look of any cleaning on it at all.... Very disappointed. Last time e erhtji g looked clean, this time 3 garments looked like they weren't touched at all with the same stains and marks that it had on before:(
Two shirts went missing. Staff was unwilling to even look for them on premises. I was very concerned that I'd have to replace the shirts (about $100), but the staff was completely unconcerned and just told me repeatedly that they would leave a sticky note for the manager. More than a week after they told me the shirts would be ready, I went in and asked to talk to the manager, and he assured me on the phone that he'd look into it right away, and issue a refund for the cost of the cleaning because of the delay. I eventually got the shirts back 14 days after bringing them in, with no apology offered, and no refund for the delay. Manager and staff obviously couldn't care less.
NEVER USE THEM!
Terrible service...they lose your clothing. When you ask to speak to a Manager they give you a number that goes right to voice mail and the voicemail is always full. Staff is unprofessional and clueless...they spend all day watching TV and when there is any issue they say they are unable to do anything about it.
They simply don't care-- lost dry cleaning and not responsive...confusion in all aspects of the operation
Horrible place to take good clothes. They have left permanent creases in several of my shirts in areas creases should not be. The money you spend in gas driving to another place is well worth the effort. I now use the cleaners on Broad Street. Much better service. This place went downhill when the new owners took over. obviously they don't know anything about dry cleaning and customer service.
