A1’s service was nothing but unprofessional. Did not show up until 8 pm and then said he would come the next day. He never showed and I called the store twice before I finally got a call back. They said he would be at my house by five pm, and it is current 8pm and I am still waiting. Every time I called on the phone, the receptionist was nothing but rude and unapologetic. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

Great place they stock all different types of locks.. Very polite staff .
Never came when they said they were supposed to come, ended up being three days late after I had to call several times to see when they were coming. Then told me they were coming at 530, didn't show up until 830. Very unprofessional.
Good overall service. Needed a key for a lock and they had no problem making a key. All less then 15 minutes.
