This hotel is absolutely horrid. I had a business meeting near by and have stayed in hotels all around the world. Never have I had such horrible service, no management on site, charged by card even after I filed a written complaint (because the manager was not on-site when I tried to check out the next morning). Issues: No hot water, left over garbage from the previous guest, soiled hand towel, broken shower curtain bar, peeling wall paper everywhere). Just a nightmare. Unfortunately I had no choice but to stay one night, canceled the next night. Left a written description of the issues with my name and contact information with no follow up except to charge my credit card for two nights. Here are some pictures of the room just to show what I mean. I'm still chasing them to credit my account. The Visa company was also not very helpful, they will try to get the second night charged back (because I didn't actually stay the second night) but the first night - well they say I used their services. Unbelievable on both fronts. So now, I'm stuck trying to get them to credit the first night. Note in the picture I took that they new they were having hot water troubles because of a printed sign I noticed behind the registration desk. They did not disclose this to me on arrival. I had to find out about it when I tried to take a shower the next morning. NEVER STAY HERE...EVER!
THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!! Do not put your money towards this establishment, unless you like being greeted by a swarm of bed bugs and their family then do not book your stay at this hotel! would give negative stars if I could
The two things I wanted was a good night of sleep (what didn't happen because of the hot room) and the breakfast so I would not need to stop somewhere else...
I reserved 2 rooms. When I get there and check in they have me waiting 45 minutes then give me key to my rooms to find out the room were already occupied. Yes, there were people actually in the room. I went back to lobby to let the staff know. They acted as if this as never happened before and gave me 2 new rooms. As i entered those room 1 of the 2 was also occupied with a person sleeping in the bed. The second room was not even cleaned up. The bed had been slept in, the soap was used and the trash was filled. I walked downstair handed them the keys and asked for a refund. The lady assured me I would get refunded and never did. If you think this is not a true story read the reviews on google and see that this as happened to others.
But what bothered me the most was the "free breakfast" promised before the booking but the restaurant was closed and it wasn't served during my stay, perhaps this is the excuse they use for the past year...
The hotel looks and feel great, but at a closer look we had many issues, our room was for 4 but only 2 towels provided, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working (4th floor), the a/c wasn't working in our room and it was very hot, a lot of exposed electric equipment being the TV (shock and fire hazard)...
Stayed for a weekend was pleasant but Security Guard was most helpful as he brought extra towels also walked the hallways everywhere I walked inside or out he was there securing the premises. Breakfast was good freshly made when waitress took my order, could use some help with staff though not many present. Cook look kind of dirty with dreads no hair cap was kind of skeptical of eating those eggs. But overall was pleasant..
