Placed an order wasn't the right order had to go back and it didn't give me a discount for the inconvenience on their side recommend not going there.
I always order online and I always have to pick it up because papa john's doesn't deliver to where I live. I haven't had any issues. I place the order and get in my car right away (ten minute drive) and I never have to wait.
The pizza is good IMO. I usually get a one topping pepperoni. The wings aren't all that. Tastes like they were made in the microwave.
Customer service is average. They aren't the nicest but they aren't rude either.
Jesus christ, Ive had better concession stand pizza slices at minor league baseball games better than this. People actually ENJOY this disgusting, tasteless pizza? Learned a good lesson today, stick with any other pizza place in the world.
HORRIBLE , I ordered pizza from here while on vacation with my boyfriend. We ordered delivery from our hotel room. After they delivered the wrong pizza , the manager Mike said he would have another delivered and that I could keep the pizza. the driver said he'll be right back with my correct pizza. After an hour goes by they never bring the right pizza. When I call The manager Mike he says that he isn't giving me the correct pizza. He says he never said he was going to give me a new pizza and that the girl who took my order said I was lying. I was stuck with this pizza that was all pepperoni and IM A VEGETARIAN!!!! IM SO PISSED AND THEY SUCK BALLS , ESPECIALLY MIKE
