Been calling for 2 days to figure out where my package is. The only time someone picked up was at 8:30 and she told me they don't answer customer questions until after 9...then why did you answer the phone??? Guess I'll call on repeat tomorrow for the 3rd day in a row.
My experience is one of horror and disgust. I live on a street that apparently doesn't have a designated postal worker - someone different comes to deliver the mail. If they decide to come. Apparently whoever gets the short end of the stick for that day. Well lately, NO ONE is coming and I have not been getting any mail at all. I have medications that come through the mail and they must just ride around with them in their truck. They are tracked and it states that they are going to be delivered. Well, that doesn't work, because NO One shows up. The postal workers DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES when you call, it just rings and rings. NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL, IT IS THE SAME OLD THING. POOR AND SAD EXCUSED FOR WORKERS. They do not want to do their jobs, they just want to collect a pay check. I cannot have my meds, bills or packages riding around in a truck ~ to be delivered when they feel like it. Dont people have any pride in themselves, or their work anymore, it is so unsettling how indecent and disrespectful they are. I have had it with the way my street is handled, since they do not come down the street for my delivery, i am sure my entire street is having this issue. A few of my neighbors that I spoke with already expressed their disgust as well. I am considering call up the Local News - having them come out and do an investigation. Bring this to light for all to see, how things are run. No one answers, and no one knows where your mail is. What a sad, sad excuse for a company. Thoroughly, disgusted with the mail system.
Didn't have time to knock on the door & drop off package but had time to write a note... I will never use your services again nor will I recommend it to anyone at all
I was a private contract drive almost 10 years worked out of the main post office bldg on Rt. 130 so I understand a little how the mail works and the rural carriers work it's management that ( some) don't have a clue.been trying to contact someone in the annex bldg were the carriers are dispatched from. I lose a excellent carrier Don because he got a Tranfer he requested and I got a different carrier nothing but problems with the mail example yesterday they said a package was delivered to me from Amazon guess what no package and no answer at the annex on Rt 130 by phone in my opinion don't know how the post office stays in business if this was a private company it would of closes a long time ago bottom line when you call the post office anwer the phone and we're the hell is my package how can the post office scan a pacel delivered when it wasn't this carrier needs to be retrained and new management at the annex becaue the mail is not being delivered what a joke
Won't answer their phones, won't deliver packages, I sent a package worth almost $1000 with signature confirmation and they just haven't bothered to deliver it for 8 days. It is still sitting in the post office. How sad. They should be fired, replaced, and everyone should be apologized to who has been "serviced' or should I say, disserviced by this branch.
