Average customer service experience. Nothing exceptional, though some of the staff was curtious, but not all.
Ported over 5 lines from Verizon. Got talked into a free tablet and a sync up. Wasnt too happy with the sync up as i didnt clearly understand how to use it, but the manager Zubair, eric, sarah and markel made the whole experience very comfortable. Zubair set up the sync up for me even though i was ready to cancel and return it. Extremely hands on and didnt make me feel old or dumb. He addressed my needs and put them above the business needs. Was ready to waive the return fee even if i had still returned it. Wish more businesses would put their customers first like the Tmobile store at Trenton does. Im a loyal customer for life. This man needs to be promoted. Actually the whole staff deserves promotions. The Tmobile down the street in Trenton needs to take notes.
Markel and Eric`s customer service was excellent! I came into the store with a bad mood because my phone was stolen but these two helped me get an entire NEW phone and they`re service was just amazing. I want to say thank you guys both!
I went into the Trenton store downtown wanting to get a new iPhone 6s Plus, but with Eric's help I walked out with a brand new iPhone 7 and 7plus. He was not only a great help , but an awesome help and was very patient. Thank you so much Eric and T-Mobile.
I was just asking for an iphone to buy and this orrible guy started to laugh at me poor customer service and very stupid person
