One a great place turned cheap and unethical. Brought in about 5 games to trade. A couple of those games were valued at 55 preowned. I got offered 40 dollars for all games which was almost half the amount GAMESTOP had offered. They used to pay out top dollar for used games now they're trying to trick you and give you bullsh*t reasons why your games aren't as valuable as what They are currently selling for. I wasn't expecting anywhere near face value but 40 bucks for games valued at over 200 pre owned is a joke. I've been coming here since I was a kid and after that incident I will not be going back to this place ever again as well as making my friends and family aware of their new tactics.
GREAT STORE ! The employees are very friendly and willing to help you prices are reasonable but pretty much dead equal to online prices. But overall great store. Their organization and labeling of games with prices could use some work, I picked up two copies of the same game both with different prices.
Great place great selection have tons of new and retro games!
Great place, very friendly, excellent selection. They just need to make their new releases only new movies, there are movies from 2 years ago still on the new releases wall.
I am a movie fanatic and I also love video games. I have been going to video express since I was a little boy. The owner Ben is such an awesome guy. One of the most friendliest people I know. He has great deals at his store. A movie section with 5 movies for $5 with a 4 night rental. On Mondays it's buy 1 get 1free. He gave me a great deal on my Xbox 1. All the other workers are mad cool too. The employee Dean had been working there for , I would say almost 2 decades. Dean always gives great Intel on which movies are good/bad, which had great reviews or which had bad reviews. And his criticism is always on the money and on point when it comes down to if a movie is worth watching or not, same goes for video games. When Dean ever tells me a movie is good or if a certain video game is awesome .. I trust him %100 and I go home, and always very satisfied with my purchase. I video express just builds my spirit. There was a time in my life when I was homeless and broke. Being, homeless and stressed out, going through it, I would go into video express jus to build my spirit just a little bit and being in video express would really cheer me up. Such good/positive energies and vibes. I am and always tell Ben, i am is #1 most faithful customer. I love movies and there is something about going into a movie store , renting a movie that jus makes my day. Definitely, in my opinion then sitting at home scrolling through Netflix. Not saying there is anything wrong with that BC I have Netflix as well but there is nothing like renting or buying a movie the old fashion way. You bring me to any store in the world and I still won't think bit is better than video express movie store. I used to call video express my 2nd home for how many times I would be in there a day.. Thanks a lot Ben for always doing a great job running your business.. Till the day I die..I will always be a video express customer , PEACE!
