Thieves...NEVER hire this company!!! They were hired for my military move from NJ to CO. My Samsung 32 in LED TV and my antique iron bed rails did not make it onto the inventory sheet and never made it to my home in Colorado. I am 100% sure that the Television and bed rails were in the storage unit before I moved. A television (still in the retail box) and heavy metal bed rails don't just go missing. I called twin oaks to ask them about the situation, after multiple calls and voicemails (none of which were returned), and all they did was talk to the owner and the movers who according to them are "stand up guys, and have been with the company for several years." How is that any sort of proof or evidence? They were not willing to do any sort of investigation, or compensate me in any way...not even a simple apology! I suggest that everyone does themselves a favor by never working with Twin Oaks.
