The manger is very disrespectful...rude....not sure if he understands the meaning of quality customer service... Does not answer phone properly...buts says "Hello"....Not "thank you for calling Uhaul for all your moving and storage purposes how can help you?" And this is not the first time! I had to call over 20 times to reach him.....then when i explained my frustration before beginning he totally ignored me and proceeded to say....."how can i help you" with the nastiest attitude ever!....i mean seriously.....just quit if your job is so horrible where you have to be rude to customers.....
Straightforward and smooth process. I set it up online and picked it up after talking to the person at the desk. The truck we used only had 5000 miles.
