Food is good and always HOT. But on weekend nights the drive thru line is about a 30- 40min. wait.
This is the closest Wendy's that is near me so I go to this one very often. I gave 3 stars because the food is usually a hit or miss based off of the food being hot and fresh every time I go. Sometimes I get cold fries other times I get hot fries with an extreme about of salt. It varies. The good thing about this Wendy's is that the customer service is always great!
So I asked for the apple pecan salad with no bleu cheese, the guy that took my order put it on the computer I seen it. Without unfortunately not checking when I got back home my salad had so much bleu cheese on it, I couldn’t eat it without eating it, after taking a lot out; and most of the lettuce was mostly All the hearts parts. I’m was very disappointed. So Always check your food!
Good food but be sure to check bag before leaving drive thru. They forgot my baked potato and since the restaurant was closed we had to go back into the drive thru line. Was told to stand my the door and someone would bring the food out to us.Then got attitude by a worker because it was communicated that we were told to stand by the door. Good grief...some people shouldnt be working in food service.
It was a mess. Everyone that ordered to dine in got there food in bags. The tables were not wiped off. Most of them were greasy. The drive thru was backed up. But inside was not faster.
