I had a very unique experience with them! Went to Trenton, took their car, tripped for 3 days, left the car there and took my return flight....after reaching Michigan I discovered that I left my powered sunglass in that black Mazda sedan!! Called them if by any chance my memory worked rightly or not, and guess what they acknowledged the item and was agreed to send that back to me. I just sent them a USPS box with a return slip. Waiting for my stuff.
We didn't want to complain when we got the car at 11 pm and had a 3 hour delay. It was just a relief to be able to get the car and get to our destination. Apparently we should have complained. We didn't get a Ford Fusion like we had reserved. Instead we got a mini ass Ford Fiesta that barely fit our bags. The transmission was all jacked up from their lack of maintenance on it. Car had 5000 miles on it but ran like a junker. The guy even said he had just gotten the car back and it was dirty. We couldn't even see out the damned windshield. We noticed the no smoking sign as soon as we got the car and, like I stated before, made it a point and didn't smoke in the car. Not using Avis ever again for this. I'll call enterprise or an uber before I think to use Avis again. Especially this location.
You can give business to them..they worth it.
This is the best car rental agency in the vicinity. In fact, I have not received such an awesome service in the 20 miles radius from my place. This is not just a one-time awesome experience. I am not an easy to please customer :). They have proven their quality over a period of time. It's been around 2 years now that I have not rented from anywhere else. Andre has been very attentive to the requests and always keen to give the best possible experience to customers. Kudos to him !!!
Don't trust these guys and please don't plan to pick up car from this location. I booked a compact car online for $45 a day, but when I reached there they told me that they don't have a compact car and have only SUV which would cost $110 per day. If you cannot guarantee a car, don't take the online booking.
Apart from this, I had a pretty good and smooth dealing with them starting from taking the car to submitting..all were just fantastic experience.
They charged us 250$ and 50$ in taxes extra for smoking in the car when we, in fact , made it a point NOT to smoke in the car. We smoked outside the car. If ashes go in the car, it doesn't constitute charging that much extra when we didn't actually smoke in the car.

Bravo to these guys. Computers were down when we got there. They were somehow able to operate old school. Hand written paper contracts, calling credit card companies for authorizations, pulling up reservations via customers e-mails. Plus they rescued us from a competitor that took my reservation for 6:00, without disclosing they close at 6:00. Customer service above and beyond.
