Very terrible place. Don’t go.
I was suppose to return the car at JFK, but things changed and I was able to returned to the pick-up location. They were professional, but didn't even consider honoring the rate I had from the contract I had with JFK, which ended due to no fault of my own. Would have been a "Perfect" experience had this courtesy been given.
Even though this was a leisure trip,it was also buisness....Hertz can make you look good....
