Well, they don't rent vans to be driven to Niagara Falls, so save yourselves time and don't call them. However, the guy who picks up the phone also makes assumptions about who is calling - I called them for the first time in my life, and he says - "I already told a guy yesterday that we do not go to Niagara Falls, so not sure if you are his friend or something, but we do not go to Niagara Falls...".
